MCF is dedicated to helping our clients lead healthier and happier independent lives.  The Millennia Community Foundation(MCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that focuses on facilitating quality affordable care to populations retiring in South Florida and the Caribbean. In keeping with its mission, MCF provides clients with personalized care planning and matching individuals to facilities appropriate to their needs.   Our management team works with homeowners interested in creating adult family homes.  We also work with clients who are interested in establishing part or full year residency in South Florida and the Caribbean.
